If you are using it for the first time it will automatically assume the low setting. To change the speed setting, press the small button above the power button.

Brush Types

Your ProSonic will come with three different detachable brush heads. These include:

  • Sensitive Skin Facial Brush: This is the smallest brush head. The shorter bristles are perfect for deep cleaning even the most sensitive skin.
  • Normal Skin Facial Brush: This brush head is ProSonic’s standard design. The densely packed bristles deep clean normal to oily skin without drying.
  • Body Brush: This is our largest brush head. It is designed to give users a spa-like massage in the comfort of their own shower or tub. This brush head exfoliates large areas such as the back, where acne can occur.

Caring For Your Brush

Each brush head comes with a removable plastic cap. When not in use, cap the brush head for hygienic purposes. You may also clean your brush heads once a week. To do this, simply rinse your brush head and gently rub it with an antibacterial soap such as Dial. You can rub the brush head while it is on to penetrate deep into the bristles for a more thorough cleaning.

Changing The Brush Heads

To remove your brush head, simply press down and simultaneously turn the head counterclockwise. To put a new brush head in, place the brush head in the device, press down and turn it clockwise until it locks into place.

Ordering Brush Head Replacements

Brush heads should be replaced every three to six months, depending on how often you use it. Once the bristles start to fray, you should consider ordering a replacement. To order your replacement, visit the Shop section of our website.

Important Care Information

You may submerge the device itself in water, but do not submerge the charger in water. The charger should be kept dry as it is plugged into a source of electricity. If you want to clean the charger stand, unplug it from the charger and wipe it with a damp towel. Always unplug your charger when not in use.
